Every year I’m asked for tips and recipes for glazing the festive ham. I’ve always been happy to share our family recipe and delighted by the responses I get.

I decided to go one step further and make the perfect product for glazing and basting ham, BBQ and roast pork
Here it is - “Hammin It Up”.  Years of experience and creativity are infused throughout the two packs – The Glaze and The Basting mix.

As well as being the king amongst ham glazes “Hammin It Up” has many other uses. It’s perfect as a finishing touch for grilled pork chops or escallops or as a seasoning on fillet or cube roll, spare ribs love wearing the stuff.
