It's a powerhouse multi-purpose taste explosion, both rich and subtle with hints of garlic and tropical sugars. Excellent as a dipping sauce with Asian style nibbles, a great backbone to stirfrys and rich dishes, Black beauty is also a wonderful marinade for chicken, fish and pork and really gets a gallop on when combined with our "Sweet Chilli Jiz".
