| Made from tomatoes, garlic and roasted spices, this is an Aromatics version of a Gujarati Tomato relish, known in its original form as Kasundi.
We find this very helpful as a side sauce with creamy curry style dishes. It's tangy piquancy goes nicely with simple grilled fish, especially when it has been lightly marinated with Aromatics Black Beauty. It is great on fried eggs and gives a nice lift to a cheese sandwich. I have been using it as a garnish on pumpkin soup. Price: $ 7.50
